I’m not quite sure why Hands Like Houses were made to squeeze into the Bodega on a small stage with insufficient room for an experienced act to put on an energetic show, but they were and I was there to witness it. Check out my thoughts at Punktastic.

From the review:

Being keen to air out the new record, the set is dominated by songs from ‘Dissonants’, and each track sounds perfectly suited to a live setting. The new record has some of their heaviest material to date and on stage the downtuned riffs and pulsating drums carry even more impact.
