I’m not sure how I’m only just hearing about Long Distance Calling, some ten years into their career, but it’s definitely a case of better late than never. ‘TRIPS’ is a fantastic journey through many styles, from metal to prog-rock, post-rock and even some electro-pop. No matter what they try they pull it off, making this a hugely impressive record.
